Winnie’s Scoop Service LLC – Terms of service
Effective Date: April 1,2026

TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

  1. Service Overview
    Winnie’s Scoop Service LLC (“Company”) provides professional pet waste removal and yard sanitation services for residential and commercial properties. Services are performed based on the service plan selected by the customer and subject to the terms outlined herein.
  2. Service Plans & Pricing
    Weekly Service (Primary Plan)
    Weekly service is billed at $85 per month, which includes:
    • Once-a-week pet waste removal
    • Coverage for up to three (3) dogs
    Additional dogs beyond three (3) will be charged at $10 per dog per month.

Additional Service Frequency
Additional service visits beyond weekly service are billed at:
• $21.25 per visit
Custom service frequencies may be approved at the Company’s discretion and may be subject to adjusted pricing.

Bi-Weekly Service
Bi-weekly service is available; however:
• Additional waste accumulation fees may apply
• Service quality may be impacted due to buildup
Weekly service is strongly recommended to maintain optimal conditions and avoid additional charges.

One-Time & Seasonal Services
One-time cleanups and seasonal services:
• Are priced based on waste volume and yard condition
• Will be quoted prior to service

  1. Waste Removal Policy
    • Each visit includes one (1) bag of waste removal
    • Additional waste is billed at $30 per bag
    • Bag determination is made solely at technician discretion
  2. Sanitation & Deodorizing Services
    Add-On Service
    • $25 per visit

    Standalone Service
    • $45 per service
    All treatments use professional-grade, biodegradable, pet-safe solutions.

Discoloration Disclaimer
The Company is not responsible for discoloration caused by:
• Pre-existing waste saturation
• Chemical reactions with ammonia or soil composition

  1. Payment Terms & Auto-Billing Authorization
    • A valid payment method is required prior to service start
    • Customers authorize the Company to automatically charge:
    • Monthly service fees
    • Add-ons
    • Additional bag charges
    • Missed payment balances

    • Recurring billing occurs on or around the 1st of each month
    • One-time and add-on services are charged immediately after completion

Failed Payments
If payment fails:
• Service may be paused or canceled immediately
• Outstanding balances must be resolved before service resumes

Late Payment Policy
• Accounts past due by 7 days may incur a $10 late fee
• Accounts past due by 14 days may result in:
• Service suspension
• Balance sent to collections (if necessary)

  1. Service Minimum Commitment
    All recurring service plans require a minimum one (1) month commitment.
    Early cancellation before the end of the billing cycle:
    • Does not qualify for a refund
    • Remaining service value is forfeited
  2. Access to Property
    Customers must ensure:
    • Gates are unlocked
    • Pets are secured
    • Yard is accessible and safe

    If access is not available:
    • Service will be skipped
    • No refund will be issued
    • Double service will occur on the next visit
  3. Scheduling, Routing & Rescheduling
    • Service days are assigned based on route optimization
    • Exact arrival times are not guaranteed

    Services may be rescheduled due to:
    • Weather
    • Safety concerns
    • Equipment issues
    • Illness exposure

In such cases:
• Service resumes on next visit
• Double cleanup is performed
• No refunds are issued

  1. Holidays & Service Interruptions
    The Company is closed on major holidays:
    • New Year’s Eve & Day
    • Easter
    • Independence Day
    • Thanksgiving
    • Christmas Eve & Day

Holiday impact:
• Service is skipped
• No refund is issued
• Double service occurs next visit

  1. Safety & Refusal of Service
    The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for:
    • Aggressive or loose animals
    • Hazardous yard conditions
    • Excessive overgrowth
    • Threatening or unsafe interactions
    • Property damage or theft
    • Repeated disruptions
    • Abusive or disrespectful behavior
  2. Biohazard Policy
    The Company handles standard pet waste only.
    We do NOT handle:
    • Blood
    • Vomit
    • Hazardous materials
    Customers will be notified of unusual findings.
  3. Photos & Service Verification
    The Company may take photos for:
    • Proof of service
    • Closed gate verification
    • Internal records
    No identifying personal information will be captured or shared.
  4. Billing Adjustments & Custom Services
    Pricing may vary based on:
    • Yard size
    • Waste volume
    • Frequency
    • Custom service needs
    Custom agreements may override standard pricing.
  5. Promotions & Referral Program
    • Promotions may be used once per calendar year
    • Valid for active customers only

Referral Program
Both parties receive:
• One (1) free sanitation service
• 20% off one month
Applied after the new customer completes first paid service.

  1. Scheduling Limitations
    • Service times are not guaranteed
    • Requests are not guaranteed
    • Routes may change without notice
  2. Liability & Responsibility
    The Company is not liable for:
    • Pre-existing yard damage
    • Lawn discoloration
    • Missed service due to access issues
    • Natural/environmental conditions
  3. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
    • Both parties agree to attempt good faith resolution first
    • If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through:
    • Binding arbitration, not court litigation

    Customer agrees to waive:
    • Jury trial rights
    • Participation in class action lawsuits
  4. Acceptance of Terms
    By using services, the customer:
    • Acknowledges understanding of these terms
    • Agrees to all policies, charges, and conditions
    • Authorizes automatic billing as outlined
